Shipping policy
The delivery address must be in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. The delivery times stated on the BlueRoad website are non-binding. After the order confirmation, the customer will be notified of a provisional delivery date.
The delivery of e-bikes will be organized through one of our official dealers whenever possible. The latter prepares the e-bike for delivery and hands it over to the customer. If this is not possible or if the customer wishes otherwise, the delivery can also be made via another delivery point. After receiving the order, BlueRoad will contact the customer and coordinate the place and time of delivery.
Selected accessories are supplied separately. There may be costs for mounting on the e-bike.
The customer shall immediately inspect delivered or collected products for correctness, completeness and delivery damage. In the case of freight forwarding deliveries, any delivery damage must be noted on the delivery bill.
Delivery damage, incorrect and incomplete deliveries must be reported to BlueRoad within 5 business days from the date of delivery or pickup by email to info@blueroad.ch. A defective product must not be put into operation. BlueRoad will send you instructions for repair, replacement or return.
Shipping is free of charge.
