How can I charge this e-bike?
You can plug in the power cord directly at the external power input on the e-bike. The battery charger is included in the delivery of the bike.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
According to Bafang, a 100% charge takes approximately 5.5 hours.
How many years does the battery last?
This depends a lot on how many kilometers you ride and how often you charge the e-bike. Officially, the manufacturer indicates a minimum of 500-1000 full loading cycles. A full loading cycle is when the battery is fully discharged and fully charged. In reality, most batteries last for many years and exceed the customer’s expectations.
How long is the warranty?
The warranty for this e-bike is 24 month for all parts.
