How can I charge this e-bike?
There are two options: Either you connect the power cord directly to the external power port or you take out the battery and charge it externally. The Bosch original charger is included with the bike.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
According to Bosch, a 50% charge with the standard charger takes 1.7 hours, while a 100% charge takes about 4.5 hours.
How many years will the battery last?
That depends a lot on how many kilometers you ride and how often you charge the e-bike. Officially, the manufacturer specifies a minimum of 500-1000 full charge cycles. A complete charge cycle is when the battery is fully discharged and fully charged. In reality, most batteries last for many years and exceed customer expectations.
How long is the warranty valid?
The warranty for this e-bike is 24 months for all parts – and 60 months for the frame and swingarm.
