How can I charge this e-bike?
There are two options: Either you connect the power cord directly to the external power port or you take out the battery and charge it externally. The Bosch original charger is included with the bike.

How long does it take to charge the battery?
According to Bosch, a 50% charge with the standard charger takes 2.1 hours, while a 100% charge takes about 5.4 hours.

How many years will the battery last?
That depends a lot on how many kilometers you ride and how often you charge the e-bike. Officially, the manufacturer specifies a minimum of 500-1000 full charge cycles. A complete charge cycle is when the battery is fully discharged and fully charged. In reality, most batteries last for many years.

How long is the warranty valid?
The warranty for this e-bike is 24 months in general and 60 months for the frame and swingarm.

The story of HNF Nicolai begins in 2009 at the gates of Berlin. A young man, Michael Hecken, is tired of riding his bicycle the long way home from the S-Bahn station. This can be done faster! Together with frame building legend Kalle Nikolai, he developed a groundbreaking e-bike, the “GRACE PRO”. This hits like a bomb.

In 2015, HNF Nicolai is established. The H stands for hedges, the N for Nikolai and the F for friends. In 2020, Hero Cycles, the world’s largest bicycle manufacturer, acquires a majority stake. With this strong partner, HNF Nicolai continues to develop rapidly. With the XD and UD models, the company lands another success and HNF Nicolai becomes the fastest growing e-bike brand in Europe in 2021. All e-bikes are produced in Europe from the very beginning and are subject to the highest quality standards Made in Germany. The latest e-bike creations with lasting value are developed at the Berlin Innovation and Design Center.
