You can connect the power cord directly to the external power input of the e-bike. The battery charger is included with the bike.

How long does it take to charge the battery?
According to Bafang, a 100 percent charge takes about 5.5 hours.

How many years will the battery last?
That depends a lot on how many kilometers you ride and how often you charge the e-bike. Officially, the manufacturer specifies a minimum of 500-1000 full charge cycles. A complete charge cycle is when the battery is fully discharged and fully charged. In reality, most batteries last for many years and exceed customer expectations.

How long is the warranty valid?
The warranty for this e-bike is 24 months for all parts.
